Y/n works as a barista in Lake Ashton along with her best friend Ophelia. Y/n's life feels normal for once, after years of grief in the past. But one night she is attacked by a bloodthirsty creature, and saved by another. When the man that saved her looks at her, it's almost with recognition, but the man is a stranger to Y/n. Y/n learns that the creature that attacked her, and the one who saved her are vampires, and there's so much more to the shadows then she thought.
