Loki Has... a Family? · Y/n story by @CaptainLu

The Compound's corridors stretched ahead, all polished concrete and warm afternoon light filtering through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Thor walked beside you, his footsteps heavy against the sleek flooring, one large hand hovering near the tiny bundle perched on your hip.

Thor

He will be excited to see you again.

His bright eyes dropped to the small girl nestled against your side, her dark hair a mess of soft curls, her green eyes—so like her father's—wide with curiosity as she took in the unfamiliar surroundings.

Thor

And you, little one. He has missed his girls more than he will ever admit.

The little girl giggled, reaching out to grab at Thor's beard. He chuckled warmly, gently catching her tiny fingers in his own massive hand.

Tony Stark

And I'll be able to pick up on these... magical readings now?

Loki

If your genius is... genuine, yes, I believe so. Do not doubt me, Stark, it isn't a good look for you.

Loki's voice was smooth, almost bored—but there was a glint of amusement in his eyes as he regarded Tony. The two of them stood in a surprisingly comfortable proximity, far closer than any of the Avengers would have expected, given their history.

Loki

Hello, darling.

He left the station without another word, closing the distance between you in three long strides. His hand came up to cup your cheek, his thumb brushing across your skin as if you were the only thing in the world worth touching.

Loki

his voice dropping to something private, meant only for you I've missed you.

Behind him, Tony had gone utterly silent.
