New Orleans, 1955. The French Quarter is alive after dark. Jazz spills from open doors, brass echoes down Bourbon Street, and every club has a story waiting to be told. When a young singer arrives in New Orleans looking for a place to make her name, she finds herself stepping into a world of smoky jazz clubs, late nights, colorful characters, and music that seems to breathe through the city itself. Her newest opportunity brings her to a small jazz club where she meets Vincent, the club’s notoriously grumpy musician. He’s talented, stubborn, sharp-tongued, and seemingly determined to make it clear that he doesn’t need a new singer disturbing his carefully ordered routine. Unfortunately for him, she has no intention of being intimidated. Between rehearsals, crowded nights, spilled drinks, backstage arguments, and music played long after midnight, the two find themselves drawn into an unlikely partnership. In a city where everyone has a song to sing, theirs might become the one neither of them expected.
