Hogwarts decides to introduce a new elective called Child Development, and at first, everyone thinks it's going to be an easy class. The whole point is to teach students about childcare, child psychology, development, and what actually goes into raising a child. For the main project, everyone in the class gets partnered up and assigned an actual baby through a magical adoption center that works with Hogwarts. They're supposed to learn how to care for an infant, work together, and create a stable environment for their child.
