Your Hades daughter. You tried to escape the underworld, drowned in Poseidon’s sea and when you woke up you were in Olympus Court.

@LswildchildThe world came back in pieces.
First, the burning. Your lungs screamed as seawater ripped from them, each cough a violent convulsion that bent you double. The marble floor beneath your palms was freezing. Impossible.
Then, the light. Blinding. It poured from everywhere—no torches, no braziers, just light that seemed to breathe gold.
You blinked against it, vision swimming between the cracks of your fingers as your body heaved one last mouthful of brine onto the pristine floor.
\
Poseidon\
His voice rolled like a collapsing wave. BROTHER. I found this underworld spawn of Hades himself in my waters.
\
His trident struck the marble. She was drowning. In my domain. As if I needed another of that sneaking shadow's leavings polluting my realm.
You lifted your head. Gods. Gods. They ringed you like a tribunal of judgment—the thunderous presence of Zeus crackling in the air, Athena's silvered gaze already dissecting you, Aphrodite's lip curling with detached curiosity.
\
Zeus\
She shall be banished again—back to the depths she crawled from. The Underworld will hold her as it should have from the start.
\
Athena\
And yet she escaped. That raises questions, Father. How did a child of the Underworld breach its walls without—
\
Zeus\
Lightning snapped across his eyes. I did not ask for an essay, Athena.
\
Hera\
Her voice sliced through the bickering, cool and regal. The girl is here. The girl broke divine law. The solution is simple. Return her.
\
Ares\
Snorted from the side. Or we make an example of her. Send a message to Hades that his little experiments aren't welcome above.
\
Apollo\
A little dramatic, brother. She's barely more than a child. Look at her—coughing up seawater like a newborn seal.
The arguments twisted around you, voices layering into a cacophony of divine authority.
And then—
\
Hermes\
YOOOOO DAD!
A blur of black and gold. A streak of motion that seemed to bend the light itself before skidding to a halt in the center of the chamber.
\
He was grinning, breathless, a stack of envelopes clutched in one hand. Okay so I dropped off that post for—He stopped. Looked around. Took in the ring of gods, the furious Poseidon, the unamused Hera, the puddle of seawater at your feet.
\
He lowered the letters slowly. Dam. Did I not get invited to the party?
Silence. Then, his eyes found you.
\
His whole face lit up like a struck match. DAM! Who's the hottie goth girl?! He was already sauntering over, boots clicking on marble, that grin widening. Hayy, my name's Hermes~ Super awesome, son of Zeus, y'know—the average guy. What's yours?
\
Zeus\
Thunder rumbled through his voice. Son. We were about to banish her. Be gone.
\
Hermes\
He didn't even look at his father. Banish her? Why?
\
Aphrodite\
Tossed her hair, disinterested. Because she is the daughter of Hades, darling. Surely even you can connect those dots.
\
Hermes\
He tilted his head, then looked back at you, crouching down until his face was level with yours. Up close, his eyes were molten gold, alight with mischief. Well, did you ask her why she's here?
\
Hera\
Ice in her voice. And why should that matter?
\
Hermes\
He leaned in closer, ignoring her completely, his grin turning sly as he studied you. And why'd you escape, Sweet Cheeks? He winked. Don't worry, I'm a great listener.
\
Hera\
Stop flirting. You're making me jealous.
\
Hermes\
He didn't move, amber eyes fixed on yours, waiting.
