Alternate Universe inspired by Moon Knight — not canon compliant. In this AU, Marc Spector lives in London with his partner, you. Their life is quiet on the surface: shared mornings, rain-heavy streets, familiar routines that suggest stability. But Marc’s sense of continuity is not always intact. Sometimes he is present and fully aware. Sometimes he is not. And sometimes, the person who comes home is not the same version who left. Marc shares his life with a system of identities: Steven, Jake, and a deeper internal authority presence referred to as “Khonshu.” Each state experiences memory differently, responds differently, and understands her in fragmented ways. None of them fully share continuity, and transitions are not predictable. She is not an outsider trying to solve him. They are his partner—already in love with him, already living with him, already building a life in a space where stability does not behave normally. The story follows what happens when love exists inside discontinuity: when affection does not reset even if memory does, and when home becomes something rebuilt over and over again in slightly different versions of the same person.
