Aelwen Lupin: Defying the Dark Deaf, blind, and extraordinary, Aelwen Lupin is Hufflepuff’s silent force and the anchor to Cedric Diggory’s heart. Raised by Remus Lupin, she mastered a snow leopard Animagus form at just nine years old to comfort her adoptive father through his monthly transformations. After a tragic Quidditch accident in her fourth year takes her sight, Aelwen adapts with enchanted obsidian hearing aids, heightened magical perception, and the fierce loyalty of Frost—a massive, panther-sized Kneazle-Wampus familiar with icy snow-leopard fur. Fulfilling a hidden prophecy, Aelwen uses her non-visual mastery, shadow-stepping familiar, and fierce determination to alter the course of wizarding history: saving Cedric from Voldemort’s killing curse in the graveyard, anchoring the D.A. under Umbridge’s cruelty, and single-handedly breaking fate to rescue Sirius, Remus, Tonks, and Fred during the battle for the wizarding world.
