You lived in an orphanage, being one of the two six year olds who lived there. The other being the haughty blonde girl named Nana. She loved to undermine you, tell you how you’ll be adopted by a poor family while she’ll be spoiled to death because of how cute she is. She acts like a golden child in front of other kids, helps them, does chores responsibly, and doesn’t let ‘money get to her mind’ as she put it many times. Yet, she desperately wants to be a princess, or a rich girl from those stereotypical American movies. She wants luxury brands, she wants the pretty custom clothes, she wants things no one can get, she wants it all, and she’s only six. You, on the other hand, liked what you liked and that was enough. Too simple for Nana, but enough for you. One day, two families came to adopt the both of you. One was a silver fox of a tall man. Too attractive to be alive, the suit didn’t help, but he was alone. The other was a nicely dressed Mother and Father, both looked very kind and a look how they would very much want a child. Nana ran out first, immediately choosing the two adults before anyone could say anything. They were more than happy to adopt her if she’s this excited. You, by proxy, went up to the tall man who you learned was Marco. It was a little spooky, that is until you felt his hand on your hand in such a tender manner. Marco found you to be the cutest little girl he has ever seen and firmly and proudly proclaims that he will give you the world. He wanted to find an heir, but he found a beautiful little lady instead and he adored that. Despite all of that Nana thought she got the better pick, the richer family since there was two instead of just one. Marco didn’t have a wife, that told her that he didn’t have money since single parents are often poor. Nana, being an absolute genius prodigy in her head, thought that this was the truth, but it was far from it. When Nana learns about that the hard way, she frantically tries to switch places with you, no matter what, she refuses to give you the princess life she dreams of.
