A school trip ends in disaster when a group of friends survives a plane crash and becomes stranded on a remote tropical island. With no immediate rescue, Y/N, Callum, Lila, Noah, Sophie, and Jay must learn to survive together, gradually adapting and building a small community to stay alive. As time passes, their friendships deepen and change, especially the slow-burn relationship between Y/N and Callum. After around two years on the island, they are finally rescued and return to civilization, forever changed by what they endured.
