Y/N Pierce is well respected within HYDRA just because of their father. Y/N actually hates their father with a burning passion and wants to see their father and everything he has burn. All because Y/N was experimented on similar to Bucky. The reasoning behind that was because Alexander wanted someone strong enough to continue HYDRA and carry on his Legacy.
