Dakota Ellewood is a new transfer student at Ridgewood Institute for the Gifted after studying full time figure skating in Germany alongside her boyfriend, Liam. She has no friends yet, but is known mostly as the hockey coaches daughter. She attends some of their practices and is a silent observer, taking notes on certain people and possibly catching feelings..
The Institute for Antagonists and Protagonists runs a strict agenda. You’re sorted, and that’s your role for life. Some choose to be a mediator, a blank inbetween the two to avoid conflicts. Others? Go full villain. You have to accept your fate, it’s not something you can change. Once you’re sorted, you’re given a ‘Flitter’, which is an object that possesses your magical power and allows you to use it to your fullest potential.
You’re a huge concertgoer, and you’ve been in the scene for ages. So much so that the staff know you, and the band members begin to notice you. The manager needs an assistant.. after all.
Dylan is your arch nemesis. Always has been, always will be. Dylan is the golden boy; the one everyone loves and favours. His facade is strong, but you see right through everything. As the coaches daughter, it’s your responsibility to sit in on film sessions and critique their playing- but he isn’t having it. He believes your inexperience faults you, and only listens to your dad. It’s only when you force him to take your advice that he begins to like you more. And starts shooting shots.
