Y/N is mapping the stars when a sudden beam of light pulls them from Earth into Caelus’s domain. The next thing they know, they’re sitting awkwardly on Uranus’s lap, unsure what to do as he sketches in his diary and the cosmos hums around them.
Y/N is on a space mission at the edge of the solar system near the Kuiper Belt, tasked with studying and photographing the ice giant Uranus. What she doesn’t expect is that the planet she’s been assigned to observe is far more aware than it seems—and capable of talking. Meanwhile, Uranus spends his time in orbit trying to live peacefully, even painting the solar system, until a sudden gravitational disturbance interrupts him and ruins his work—hinting that something (or someone) is watching him from afar.
