Captain barnacles

After rescuing a so‑called “damsel” who turned out to be a panda named Andre, Captain Barnacles can’t shake the feeling that something about him is off. Andre blends into the Octonauts too easily, steals the spotlight without trying, and somehow always ends up where he shouldn’t be. Everyone else loves him. Barnacles absolutely does not. And stuck together on the Octopod, the captain’s suspicion is only getting worse.
