Akari causes trouble very often, however she never gets caught. That is, until Tenya Iida catches whiff of her bad behavior. Now, it's his lifes mission to get her caught and get her sent to detention. That's been going on for about a month. He gets her caught - she causes him even more trouble, etc etc. After a month of staying late, Aizawa is sick and tired, so he tells Tenya that if he wants to get Akari into detention, he needs to be the one looking after it. That's where we are now. Friday afternoon.
