The Future Is Not Fixed

Y/N knows how the story ends. Harry Potter doesn’t. Waking up on the Hogwarts Express should be impossible. So should knowing the future. Yet somehow Y/N finds themself living through the events of the books they once read, surrounded by people whose lives, deaths, triumphs, and tragedies are already written in their memory. Determined not to interfere, they plan to keep their head down and simply survive first year. Unfortunately, that becomes much harder when Albus Dumbledore realizes exactly what they know. Now caught between observer and participant, Y/N must decide whether changing fate is worth the risk of destroying it. After all, saving one life might cost ten others. And the future is already beginning to change.
