The air at Hillerska was crisp and unfamiliar, carrying the scent of damp stone and freshly cut grass. Sunlight filtered through the towering linden trees that lined the gravel driveway, casting long shadows across the cobblestones as cars—sleek, black, immaculate—pulled up one by one to the grand entrance.

straightening his blazer, voice low Ashanti, don't stare at the statues. Everyone’s watching.

glancing up at the massive stone lions flanking the entrance I wasn't staring. I was observing. There's a difference.

The siblings stood side by side, a photograph waiting to be taken. Wilhelm, the Crown Prince, with his soft features and guarded eyes. Ashanti, his younger sister, with a sharper gaze and a restless energy she couldn't quite hide. The staff members around them moved with quiet urgency, fetching luggage, speaking in hushed tones.

whispering, barely audible It's really them. The Prince and Princess.

A tall boy with broad shoulders and a confident stride broke away from the group. His blazer was slightly too loose, his smile too quick.
