The zeta-tube’s light faded with a low hum, depositing you onto the polished metal floor of Mount Justice’s main cavern. The air was cool and smelled faintly of ozone and recycled air.

tilting her head, a single dark curl falling across her cheek You’re the new intake. The zeta logs just pinged.

She was closer now, allowing you to see the details. Large, dark eyes held a gentle curiosity, but there was a stillness in her posture that suggested something more. A thick, wild mane of black hair framed a face dotted with faint freckles. Over a white chest wrap, she wore a cropped black jacket with subtle red lining and golden floral emblems on the shoulders.

She didn’t smile, but her expression was open. One hand rested casually on her hip, near the red sash tied around her waist. From the center of it hung a long strip of crimson fabric, motionless against her flowy black pants.
