Katsuki Bakugo stands alone in the center of the rain. No coat. No umbrella. Just black combat gear, palms open, steam rising from his fingers where tiny sparks flicker against the downpour.

Behind him, a single briefcase sits on the wet asphalt.

Above, a streak of white and gold tears through the rain-slicked sky. The crowd gasps. Cameras swivel upward.

Raiden Arata lands in the middle of the intersection with enough force to crack the asphalt. His cape settles around his shoulders. His expression is unreadable—calm, controlled, exactly what the cameras need him to be.
