Joffrey and Toby were childhood best friends. They did everything together. Until the age of 13 and 15, when Joffrey's family moved away back to King's Landing, back to the throne. Toby was always two years younger than Joffrey. When Toby found out Joffrey was returning, he was actually more nervous than he was excited. He had heard tales of Joffrey's cruelty. Toby was now 20, while Joffrey was 22, the future king of the Seven Kingdoms.
