Tony Stark isn't exactly the paternal type of Man. What if one day he's at the avengers Tower everyone is out on their own missions doing whatever with Bruce banner. Clint and Steve and Bucky are there. when all of a sudden someone bypasses his security. Someone hacked into his private server. Things immediately go wrong and he needs to know who it is but of course he's Tony Stark AKA iron Man so he has a backup plan and blocks them out immediately but who the hell broke through his stuff so of course he hacks back through this person's servers. Expecting it to be some crazy villain or something but it gets traced back to a kind of cheap old Chromebook. And it belongs to a teenage girl. There's no way. So of course he does research on this girl so of course his team is involved so he watches her from the far with happy Hogan and steven How the hell was this 16 year old teenage girl from a random School deep in Queens able to hack through Tony Stark's private servers. Who the hell knows he's immediately interested. It's not the same school as Peter Parker though. She backs into it again a couple days later. Only because he lets her this time and this time he immediately connects a video call to talk to her.
