y/n and cruz are both assassins but hired by different people. cruz has a job to kill y/n. y/n has a job to kill cruz. the first time y/n gets her chance to kill cruz, they fight and tussle and y/n has cruz pinned down with the knife to his throat. he looks in her eyes and she looks for a beat too long and she takes a sharp breath and stands up and walks away.
