Crowley is trans ftm. Before the fall Crowley still identified as a girl but after everything changed. God knew that Crowley wanted to change but to punish him God took away his ability to change his appearance at will. So he had to transition the long human way. Crowley still struggles with it till this day. He also fights with a lot of dysphoria.
