Tokyo Manji gang (Manjiro Sano, Takemichi, Ga-Eul, Draken, Mitsuya, Chifuyu) gathers the abandoned multi-storey parking lot and meets the Tenjiku gang (Izana, Kakucho, Ran, and Rindo). It just so happens that Kazutora got out of juvie a couple days before and he’d joined Valhalla, an anti-Toman force in the subdivisions of Tenjiku. He’d joined with Baji, the one who’d been with him the night of Shinichiro’s death and they’d been sent to juvie together.
