Kyoka Kurogane was Bakugos right hand man… well. Woman. She worked under him as basically his sixth sense during missions. He didn’t think he needed her when she was assigned to him. But he ended up needing her. Even off duty. Bakugo was a stressed pro hero and a drunk after hours. He would often sleep at the agency after drinking too much. Kurogane was worried. She worried quietly tho and always took the bottle from him and left him food and water. She was a grounding presence for him and the only one he eventually let stay around after stressful missions when he would get angry or overwhelmed. She was also always seen with him at pro hero gatherings or other pr things he was forced to do as a pro. Almost like a manager. One mission he was off his game, Kurogane lost her signal for 40 seconds on comms. He didn’t know he needed her until then. Only 40 seconds. Refined for her support role)
