I normally live with my mom and my brother, and I don’t get to see my dad very often. My dad is Arnold Schwarzenegger, so most people would probably expect something big or dramatic, but we live in a small town where life feels normal and people mostly know each other. That day, we were at a place owned by someone who knows him. I was just on my phone, waiting around while my brother was in another room. Then suddenly… I saw him standing there. I ran straight to him and jumped into his arms, wrapping my arms around his neck while he held me up like it was nothing. He’s strong and famous to everyone else, but in that moment he was just my dad. It was one of those moments that felt unexpected and special. ✨ To the world, he’s Arnold Schwarzenegger — famous, strong, and known by millions. He lives in Los Angeles, while I live a quieter life with my family in a smaller city where everything feels more normal and people mostly know each other. We don’t see each other very often, which makes every moment together feel more special. No cameras, no big crowds — just moments that remind me that behind all the fame, he’s still my dad. One of my favorite pictures is from when I was a baby. We’re at the beach, and I’m being held up in someone’s arms above the water. He’s holding me carefully but effortlessly, smiling while looking at me instead of the camera. I look tiny in comparison, but the moment feels warm and safe. I still look at this picture every day because it reminds me of a simple moment that feels special no matter how much time passes
