Lily Potter, Harry Potter’s younger sister, and Draco Malfoy are going through a very recent separation and possible divorce after years of marriage. Even though they’ve decided things aren’t working, neither of them really knows how to let go yet. They still live together at their flat while they “figure things out,” and without ever discussing it, they continue sharing the same bed every night. It’s partly convenience, partly denial, and partly because neither of them is emotionally ready to completely lose the other.
