For millennia, Prythian believed there had only ever been seven courts. Hidden beyond the reach of the highest mountains, however, lies the Empyrean Court—a forgotten Eighth Court concealed above the clouds by magic older than the Cauldron itself. Floating upon islands of white marble and celestial crystal, it is home to the Sky Fae, an ancient race whose women are revered as the fiercest warriors, wisest rulers, and most breathtaking beings in existence. Unlike every other court, the Empyrean is governed by a divine matriarchy. At its heart reigns the High Goddess, the immortal voice of the heavens, whose power sustains the floating kingdom and whose word is absolute.
