You’re not an Original. You’re something older. Three thousand years ago, you died at sixteen and became the first vampire to ever exist—a secret even the Originals know nothing about. Ancient legends called you the first immortal, but over time, you became nothing more than a forgotten myth. Now you’ve arrived in Mystic Falls for a fresh start, pretending to be an ordinary sixteen-year-old human. With $16 billion, an impossibly beautiful appearance, and powers far beyond any vampire alive, hiding should be easy. Until vampires, witches, and Originals begin noticing that there’s something very wrong about the mysterious new girl. Because Mystic Falls has never encountered anything like you before.
