A priceless artifact disappears during a high-profile museum exhibition, putting FBI agent John Hartley back on the trail of notorious art thief Nolan Booth. This time, however, Booth’s investigation leads him to four unexpected accomplices from the Outer Banks: John B, Sarah, JJ, and Rafe. When John’s daughter, Y/N Hartley, becomes involved in the investigation, she finds herself caught between her father’s FBI operation and a group of young criminals who may know more about the heist than they’re admitting.
