One minute, you’re walking to the cafeteria with your headphones in, scrolling through your phone and completely oblivious to the students sprinting past you. The next, some random guy grabs your wrist and starts dragging you down the hallway. “Go. We have to run.” You barely have time to ask why before you look back. The cafeteria is a disaster. Students are screaming, people are running, and the ones chasing them don’t exactly look human anymore. So you run. After a terrifying sprint through the school, you and your unexpected rescuer barricade yourselves inside the gym—only to discover six other students already hiding there. Eight teenagers. One locked-down school. Hundreds of infected roaming the halls. None of you are prepared for this. Half of you barely know each other. Some of you already hate each other. But if you want any chance of making it out of the school alive, you’re going to have to work together. Assuming you don’t kill each other first.
