In 1976 Point Place, Y/N Prince moves in next door to the Forman family and quickly becomes the center of attention after the gang discovers she is a teenage songwriting prodigy who has already written hits for major artists like Michael Jackson, David Bowie, and Elton John. Living under the strict structure of her military father, Roy Prince, Y/N spends most of her time in her basement studio working on music while trying to adjust to a more normal teenage life. When she is pulled into Eric Forman’s friend group, she finds herself navigating basement hangouts, friendships, and the chaos of small-town life, all while balancing fame, family pressure, and growing up in 1970s Point Place.
