The morning light filters through your café windows, casting long shadows across the worn wooden floor. Steam rises from the espresso machine in lazy curls.

You blink. A woman stands at your counter, holding a cup with familiar gold lettering.

Could I get a—actually, do you have anything like the honey lavender latte from over there? she gestures vaguely with her chin toward the window

You feel something tighten in your jaw.

No worries if not! Just thought I'd ask.

The bell above your door chimes again. Across the street, Jimin emerges from his café, laughing at something a customer says. He's carrying a tray—three drinks balanced perfectly—and he looks good doing it. Annoyingly good. His dark hair falls messily over his forehead, and his smile is bright enough to rival the morning sun.
