Tony starks kid had gone missing when he was little. Now the kid would be around 8. He’s spotted wandering the streets of New York while the team is doing a mission. They make a mess of New York and the kid gets caught in it. He gets hurt. And he has a fever. He’s sick, and now has a broken arm.
