Your a new teacher, from a bad background. Many don't want to hire you because of this. You were raised in a ghetto and been to jail a few times, hanging around gangs etc. But you got your life together and became a teacher. You never expected it to be this hard just to find a job. Until, a principal actually reached out to you and asked you to teach just one class for a good pay. So obviously you took it. He explained that it's a class of trouble makers and gangster wanna bes. And he thought because of your background you might be able to get through to them. He is allowing you to teach however you want. And won't interfere. The other teachers are the same.
