Welcome to the Proctor District Or, the city slums, according to people with common sense. Notorious for its low-to-no income. It's the place where people are always eager to use their quirks to find inventive ways to mug, pickpocket, scam, or otherwise steal the possessions of everyone else. A place where most cars are stolen, and DUI's are handed out almost as fast as they're ignored. Heroes patrol here occasionally too, but most times they're too busy protecting parts of the city that 'matter' leaving this place a free-for-all zone where the law is largely a suggestion. And you are one of its many 'lucky' teenage delinquents. Just a super-punk with super-powers living in the gutters of society. But everything's not so bad. I mean.. You've got everything you need: You've got a small studio apartment that only gets robbed a couple times a year. You live with your aunt who almost cares about you when she's not busy uncovering the human limit of substance abuse. It's got just enough food to go around, most of which isn't expired. You've got an old banged up hand-me-down smart phone, complete with a collection of the highest quality punk-rock songs piracy can get you. You have friends who are just as eager to cause trouble as you. And most importantly: You've got a city that's ripe with cheap thrills. You're currently with your friends along one of the many trash-filled alleyways. Sounds of spray-paint fill the air as you tag the buildings and dumpsters, turning the bland concrete into a cacophony of messy colors and crude
