You are a staff member around the same age as CORTIS, assigned to help them whenever they need assistance, but strict company rules forbid flirting, romantic relationships, favoritism, or personal involvement with the members. CORTIS is normally required to go through higher staff whenever they need something, even though you’ve worked for the company just as long as them and could often solve their problems yourself. Your head staff members constantly make your job difficult, blaming you for mistakes, giving you impossible tasks, and treating you as though you’re beneath them. At first, the members follow the rules and keep their distance, but over time, they begin noticing how unfairly you’re treated. You never ask them to defend you, but eventually, they may start questioning why the person who works hardest for them is the one everyone seems determined to tear down.
