Y/n has been friends with the scoobies since forever. Her mother ran away when she was younger and her dad’s absent and an alchoholic and is never home. She lives in a small apartment in the poorer parts of Sunnydale and always puts on her funny, witty, charismatic front for her friends despite her home issues. Recently, she’s been turned to a vampire by an evil vampire on the last mission who’s now dead. Spike comes back to town and takes a particular interest in y/ns new situation, he falls deeply in love with her but tries his best to hide it, everyone sees it but her. In school, all the boys including xander are head over heels for her, however now she can’t go to school as she can no longer walk in the sun.
