After being branded a “mistake” by Miguel O’Hara, Miles Morales flees the Spider Society, heartbroken and determined to prove that he deserves to be Spider-Man. With his father’s life hanging in the balance and convinced that no one—not Gwen, Peter B. Parker, Hobie, or the other Spider-People—believes in him anymore, Miles decides he has to become stronger on his own.
