Ron Weasley

clutching his head I think my brains are in my knees. Where are we?

Harry Potter

It’s Hogwarts. But… he looks around, frowning something’s off.

From around the corner, the sound of laughter and footsteps echoed, growing louder. A group of students was approaching, their voices carefree and loud in the empty hall.

Sirius Black’s voice

—absolute rubbish, Prongs, I could’ve taken him with one hand tied behind my back!

James Potter’s voice

You couldn’t take a nap without supervision, Padfoot. Admit it, you’re jealous of my flawless technique.

The quartet rounded the corner. James Potter, grinning and running a hand through his perpetually messy hair. Sirius Black, tall and handsome with a smirk that promised trouble. Remus Lupin, looking tired but amused, and Peter Pettigrew, trotting to keep up.
