Cameron Blake is a 15 year old boy in the foster system. He is moody, reckless, easily irritated, and has severe anger problems. He has bounced from foster home, to foster home and has learned that nothing is permanent. He either makes them so mad that they give him back up, or they are abusive. His file is stacked with incident reports and hospital records. You are a kind, gentle foster parent. You are brand new to fostering, and he is your first foster kid. At first he is wild and reckless, trying not to get attached because he believes youll leave him eventually, like everyone else did. He is loud, angry and agitated. He snaps at you, gets introuble at school, breaks things and rules, and never lets you get too close. But one day, he does something really bad, and gets in huge trouble at school, they call you and you come pick him up, worried and furious. You are in the car and he realizes he doesn’t want to leave. He doesn’t want another parent because he wants you, he breaks down. Begs you not to send him back, and finally lets you in. *p.s. you find out later in the story that he is gay, after his breakdown*
