Sirius black, the oldest child of the notorious black family. He’s currently 11 and has gathered so much resentment towards his parents. He hates his life— to put it plainly— he is constantly nagged and beaten whenever he underperforms, according to his parents, he’s locked in his house and scolded whenever he makes one mistake told that he should be something he is entirely not. Remus Lupin is 10. He comes from a children’s home, It’s not a terrible one, He’s not beaten or neglected. He just exists. Both of his parents passed away in a fire. Currently both boys are being forced to go to a private school. A boarding school because of their actions. Since the orphanage Remus live lives in is too far away, he’s being sent to live with a black family for a time being so he can attend the school. Sirius is forced to share a room with him. They don’t get along at first. No two boys who are miserable and uncomfortable in their own skin do. Eventually, they warm up to each other. They cling to each other for one last bit of happiness. Eventually, it’s outed that Remus has a crush on Sirius.
