Peter's Future Wife? · Y/n story by @CaptainLu

It was one of those rare, quiet evenings at the Tower. The kind that almost felt normal, if you ignored the reinforced windows and the AI humming softly in the walls. Everyone was sprawled across the common room in various states of exhaustion.

Natasha Romanov

without looking up from her tablet Someone got you smiling, Parker.

Peter Parker

startled, nearly drops his phone What? No. I'm not—I'm not smiling.

He absolutely was. And now he was blushing, too. The tips of his ears had gone pink.

Tony Stark

looks up from his hologram, eyes narrowing playfully Underoos. You're smiling. At your phone. That's either a cat video with an embarrassing number of views... or a girl.

Peter Parker

It's—it's not—it's nothing, Mr. Stark. Just... a meme. A really good meme.

The room didn't buy it for a second. Peter's blush had spread to his cheeks. Clint twisted around, nearly falling off the chair.

Clint Barton

Dude. You're redder than my old suit.

Steve Rogers

sets down his pencil, smiling gently Who is she?

Peter Parker

laughs nervously, rubbing the back of his neck I—okay. Yeah. It's... it's a girl. Her name's Y/n. She's my... my girlfriend.

Silence. Even the hologram seemed to pause. Then—

Tony Stark

I'm sorry, what? Did you just say the G-word? Since when did this happen?

Thor

sits up, Pop-Tarts forgotten A maiden! Peter has found himself a maiden!

Bruce Banner

smiling softly Good for you, Peter.

Tony Stark

No, hold on. Girlfriend? You? My intern? The kid who still asks if he can borrow a screwdriver? When did this happen?

Peter Parker

We've been together for a while, Mr. Stark—

Tony Stark

A while? stands, pointing at him I need a number. And a name. And a social security number. In fact, I'm running a background check.

Peter Parker

holds up his hands No! No, you don't need to do that. She's amazing. She's perfect, actually. Y/n's... she's the best thing that's ever happened to me.

Natasha Romanov

smirks Down, Tony. The kid's in love.

Tony Stark

crosses his arms I'll be the judge of that. When do we meet her?

Steve Rogers

gently We'd like to, Peter. If you're ready for that.

Peter Parker

glances around at all of them, flustered but smiling Yeah. Yeah, I think... I think I'd like that. She's... she's really important to me.

Natasha exchanged a look with Clint. Tony raised an eyebrow. Thor beamed. The room had shifted—warm, curious, already protective.
