What happens when a walker isn’t completely gone? During a supply run outside Alexandria, Carl, his father Rick, and the other survivors encounter something none of them have ever seen before—a young woman who appears to be a walker, yet she isn’t behaving like one. She walks among the dead, but she can speak. She can think. She can understand them. Somehow, part of the person she once was is still alive beneath the infection. The survivors cautiously bring her back to Alexandria, where everyone is terrified and fascinated by her. They eventually give her a name that spreads throughout the community: “The Living Dead Girl.” But Carl sees something different when he looks at her. To him, she isn’t just a walker. She’s a person who somehow survived the impossible—and from the moment he sees her, he can’t stop thinking about her. As the residents of Alexandria struggle to decide whether she can be trusted, (Y/N) must learn how to live among people while fighting the instincts of the dead inside her. She’s caught between two worlds. Not fully alive. Not fully dead. Just… the Living Dead Girl.
