Y/n and Oscar Cruz couldn't be more different. She's the loud, pink-loving captain of the college cheer squad from a wealthy family who always gets her way. He's a quiet, grunge film major and guitarist in a local band who'd rather hide behind a camera than stand in front of one. After constantly getting under each other's skin across campus, fate forces them together when Oscar chooses Y/n as the subject of his final documentary project—a film about someone whose life is the complete opposite of his own. Now stuck following her everywhere with a camera in hand, Oscar quickly discovers Y/n is far more than the spoiled, high-maintenance girl everyone assumes she is. Meanwhile, Y/n begins realizing the sarcastic emo boy behind the camera might not be as cold or judgmental as she first believed. Between constant bickering, college chaos, and a camera that never seems to stop rolling, two complete opposites slowly begin challenging everything they thought they knew about each other.
