The story of Outer Banks takes place on a coastal island divided between two groups: the rich Kooks and the working-class Pogues. The Pogues — John B Routledge( pouge), JJ Maybank(pouge), Kiara Carrera( kook hangs out with pouges), and Pope Heyward( pouge) — spend their summer searching for a legendary treasure connected to John B’s missing father.
