Jeff wanted something fun, simply killing people was getting quite boring, so he came up with an idea, why not freak someone out by following them around for a couple weeks, and then when they’re real paranoid, kill them. But apparently, instead of making you scared, he did the complete opposite, now hes just weirded out.
