In a city somewhere in the world, there’s crime like every other, but this is a special city. See there’s a Hero, and in turn a Villain. The feud between the two was everlasting. The Hero wanted peace, the Villain wanted the world under their control. Both have retired at a younger age, but still. Now there’s a new Hero trained by the old Hero. And for the purposes of balance in the universe a new Villain. But you see, this new villain was not trained by the old villain. So they got their ass kicked. Now they come to you, the old villain.
