It was your senior year at Briar University. You had been dating Beau Maxwell for a little over a year. It was October. That meant the leaves were changing colors, there were pumpkins, and football season was underway. Beau was the starting quarterback and you of course were his biggest fan. One Friday night you were at a home game with Allie and Hannah. Everything was going great. Beau was playing well. You were cheering loud. Then the nausea hit. You choked it back.
