In a city where technology has become a part of everyday life, something is going terribly wrong. Cyber monsters are appearing throughout a small city with no clear explanation. Their numbers are increasing, their behavior is becoming more dangerous, and the government fears that whatever is creating them could eventually spread beyond the city. To investigate, four of the government’s most exceptional specialists are brought together. Myra Yin, a fierce dual-sword fighter who commands mysterious black fire.
