It was the middle of work when y/n got a message. When y/n read it she was in disbelief, then another text came telling her to come outside. Y/N simply said “Oh My God” then she grabbed her phone and ran down the stairs, not even bothering with the elevator. The team was confused so they watched what she was doing from the window in the bullpen. They saw her run across the parking lot to a man standing in a Navy uniform. She jumped up and hugged him. The team remained confused because they thought y/n wasn’t married. When they went down to the parking lot to see who it was, they found out that it was y/n’s father who had come back from a 23 month deployment.
